Coffee Bean Description

The longer a coffee bean is roasted, the more robust the flavor of the coffee. It's best to buy small quantities of coffee to ensure the freshest flavor.

We harvest the highest quality gourmet coffee by working closely with the growers, who then work collectively with the farmers to obtain a quality price and a better yield from their farms.

Our coffee is handpicked and traditionally de-pulped. Naturally
fermented in the mountain water, it is later sun dried in large
tunnels.

We only use green coffee beans and then request for the beans to be roasted so the roasting process takes just a matter of days as opposed to having the beans sit in the warehouse until being exported. This insures our coffees are the freshest they can be...

There are two types of coffee variations: one is traditional (Arabica) and the other more robust (Robusta). As a whole, Arabica beans are superior in quality to Robusta beans. However, not all Robusta beans are less expensive. Some higher quality Robusta beans are what compose Jamaican Blue or Hawaiian Kona, both commanding a higher coffee price.
